Composite Bearing Thruster

Bimba's TE series thrusters are rated to 250 psi.  These actuators feature a 304 stainless steel body, uses high-strength aluminum alloy porting ends, 303 stainless steel piston rods, Buna N "U" cup seals, and a sintered bronze rod guide bushing.  High temperature option V seals rated for higher temperature applications are also available.

• Bore sizes: 9/16", 3/4", 1-1/16", 1-1/2", 2", 2-1/2", 3"
• Standard stroke lengths range from 1” increments to 6” and 1” increments to 12"
• Stroke lengths beyond maximum are available
• Options:  internal bumpers, external bumpers on the guide shafts, cushions and more
• Alternate seal materials and lubricants for a wide variety of applications
• The rear of the cylinder must be supported in horizontal applications
