Description
The Echo™ Series of melt pressure sensors offer quality performance and value for plastic processing utilizing standard configurations and pressure ranges. Echo sensors are designed to meet customer requirements by providing a combination of economic value and performance for general extrusion applications while providing a ±0.2% repeatability when measuring process pressures. Use Echo Series sensors when the application requires a quality measurement for optimized control, but not the costs of all the extra features.
Dynisco has produced field-proven pressure sensors for more than 60 years. Echo was designed with the best engineering practices and is backed by Dynisco with a two full years of warranty – double the protection of comparably-priced sensors.

Dynisco pressure transmitter Melt Pressure Transmitters with mA Outputs MDT422 Melt Pressure Sensors
Features and Benefits
Installation for media temperature up to 400°C
Flexible capillary between rigid stem and housing
Electrical built-in calibration
Various high level outputs
4-20 mA, 2-wire 0-10 V DC, 3/4-wire and other volt output signal ranges
Description
Dynisco's MDT-series amplified transducers convert process pressure into an amplified signal for long distance transmission free of noise interference. All models are available in 4-20 mA, 0-5 VDC and 0-10 VDC, 2-, 3- and 4-wire high level outputs. Many of the features found in Dynisco's standard MDA-series have been incorporated into the amplified MDT-series, including proven bonded strain gauge construction for stable operation, a flexible armored capillary between the rigid stem and the amplifier housing and a flush diaphragm. Another advantage is the electrical built-in calibration.

Description
Vertex™ is a Dynisco melt pressure sensor innovation that matches or exceeds the performance of the traditional sensor. The big differences are that Vertex is more robust, much faster, and significantly friendlier to the environment.
The breakthrough technology lies at the tip of the sensor, where melt pressure is registered directly through a single, more robust diaphragm. Direct measurement eliminates errors that can arise in sensors with complicated internal structures, transmission fluids and moving push rods. The Vertex diaphragm is much thicker than those in other sensors and is made of tough Inconel 718 alloy, which provides a higher level of corrosion resistance than stainless steel. For added protection, the tip is coated with a diamond-hardened DyMax® coating. The sensor walls have been
