For i2G4 explosion-proof valves, use them with MTL728+ safety barrier.
For Exia II BT5 explosion-proof valves, use them with the safety barrier SAF3-5 or that meets the
conditions described below (note *1).
2. Parts and connections cannot be changed.
3. Use 1 explosion-proof barrier for each solenoid valve.
