Miniature Valve Accessories
ASCO offers a variety of accessories including fittings, tubing, and electrical connectors tailored specifically for our miniature valve products.
ASCO’s Stainless Steel Filter and Regulator, Series 342 features a heavy duty 316L stainless steel construction, while providing better control of pressure regulation at significantly higher flow rates. The Series 342 is designed for use in harsh environments, including oil and gas exploration, transmission and refining, water and waste water treatment, and chemical to name a few.
The 316L Stainless Steel Filter and Regulator is available with ¼” and ½” NPT port connections, 5 or 25 microns filtration elements, and manual drain. Flow capacity ranges from 84 SCFM up to 156 SCFM (@ 90 PSI max inlet pressure and 14 PSI pressure drop). Available options include stainless steel gauge, mounting bracket, NACE compliant versions, and low ambient temperature constructions (- 58°F/- 50°C).
High Flow Rate
Molded reinforced diaphragm allows for optimized flow paths and increased flow rate ranging from 84 SCFM up to 156 SCFM (@ 90 PSI max inlet pressure and 14 PSI pressure drop).

Filters
Filters are used to remove oil, contaminants, and moisture from instrument air lines to extend the life of other pneumatic components. They are available with 5 um to 30 um filter elements and in automatic or semi-automatic drain configurations.
Coalescing Filters
Coalescing filters are used as oil removal filters and are able to remove oil and other contaminants to the 0.01 um size. They are used in situations where standard air filters would leave too many contaminants in the system. They are also available with 5 um pre-filters assemble to extend the life of

ASCO offers a wide range of electrical and mechanical options which can customize valves to your precise application.
Optional Electrical Features
Most optional electrical features shown here can be
included on ASCO valves approved by UL, FM, and CSA.
Identify the options you want by adding the appropriate
prefix to the catalog number of the valve you are
specifying.
To determine the proper prefix, use the Valve Series
Specification Table for the valve you are ordering to
determine its watt rating/class of coil insulation.
RedHat II Solenoid Options
Using Table 3, find the desired solenoid option in the left
column and the watt rating/class of coil insulation in the
next column. The choice of prefixes is shown in the next
two columns on that line. The first column indicates the
prefix if Class F temperature protection is sufficient for
your requirements. The second column provides the
desired solenoid option, plus the higher temperature
protection of a Class H coil.
For example, to select an 8262H002 valve with a Class H
Open Frame Spade Terminal Solenoid, assuming the
voltage to be 120 volts AC, 60 Hz:
In the Specification Table for Series 8262, the W
