Proportional Valves
ASCO Proportional Valves control the flow of neutral fluids. By varying the input current you can precisely adjust the valve's flow rate. This eliminates the need for a variable flow system to contain multiple valves with different flow rates.
The Series 202 Posiflow valves are 2-Way, normally closed,
solenoid valves designed to proportionally control the flow of air
or inert gases by varying the electrical input to the coil. They are
available as stand alone valves with M5 thread ports or pad mount
versions for manifold mounting.
Ideal to precisely control flow rates in medical equipment and
analytical instrumentation.
Compact construction saves valuable space in equipment.
Valves do not require minimum operating pressure
Low hysteresis, excellent repeatability, and high sensitivity for
precise flow control.
2/2 normally closed construction
Pad & inline mount
0.031-0.079" orifice
Vacuum to 174psi
3 Watt
Hysteresis <5%, Repeatability <3%, Sensitivity <2%
Meets CE directives
The Series 202 Preciflow valves are 2-Way, normally closed,
solenoid valves designed to proportionally control the flow of air
or inert gases by varying the electrical input to the coil. They are
available as stand alone valves with M5 threaded ports.
Ideal to precisely control flow rates in medical equipment and
analytical instrumentation.

The Series 451 are anodized aluminum manifolds used with ASCO!藟s
411 & rB Series solenoid valves. The manifolds are available
separately or as completed valve/manifold assembly.
Valves easily thread into manifold, reducing assembly time,
eliminating potential leak points, and avoiding plumbing errors
associated with tubing together stand alone valves.
Manifolds are constructed of corrosion resistant anodized
aluminum.
Standard manifolds feature 1/8 NPTF common port and descrete
#10-32 ports to mate with metal or plastic fittings.
ASCO offers complete manifold assemblies utilizing our 411 and RB Series valves. These assemblies consist of the valves mounted onto any anodized aluminum manifold and 100% factory tested. They are available in a single station manifold up to 12 station assembly standard.
