Taiyo Rotary Actuator HTR Series 21Mpa Rack and Pinion Type Rotary Actuator

Adoption of a high load capability tapered roller bearings.
Adoption of a high strength ductile iron or steel housing can response to high output torque.
Standardized port type to BSPP and Rc ports also available.
High durability with PTFE wearing and molythane piston seals.
Adoption of a chrome alloy steel rack and pinion gear set also contribute to high durability.

The HTR Series actuators have been successfully employed in automotive plant production machinery; machine tool equipment; plastics and rubber processing machinery; basic metals production machinery and in material handling machinery.   The HTR Series actuator can be employed as an integral machine component. For example, the actuator can simultaneously transmit torque and support the line shaft or the load. Such an arrangement eliminates one set of external support bearings.   For example: the optional cushions can be employed to decelerate an external load. This feature eliminates the need for an external deceleration device such as a shock absorber or a brake.
