Part-turn actuators
Electric part-turn actuators by AUMA are used where an automatic, electrically operated movement at a swing angle of less than 360 ° has to be implemented as it is the case for valves like butterfly and ball valves.
The proven SG .1 type range will be replaced by generation SQ .2 (currently only available with 3-phase AC motor).
The SGC/R series with integrated controls provides the customer with a multitude of possibilities to integrate actuators into a DCS. The adaptation to the requirements of nearly every valve automation task is possible.
Part-turn actuators SG .1 for open-close duty are rated for short-time duty S2 - 15 min. A special version with reduced torque is available for the S2 - 30 min duty.
The actuators can be combined with different controls from the simple OPEN-CLOSE controls to the micro-controlled version with logging of operating data or fieldbus interface.
