Splined Drive Inserts – The D-Series blowout-proof shaft is fitted with changeable inserts for universal mounting to a wide variety of valves without the need for brackets or couplings.
Corrosion Resistance – As standard, an exclusive two-component polyurethane epoxy coating, in conjunction with a fully anodized housing and dichromated pistons, provides the D-Series actuators with a highly corrosion resistant surface. Coupled with all 304SS fasteners, the D-Series provides excellent protection from hostile environments.
BettisGuardTM – For the most hostile applications, BettisGuardTM adds the highest practical level of corrosion protection by impregnating the body and end caps with a ceramic filled fluoropolymer-based epoxy resin and aluminum pinion gears (BGA). As a further option we can supply stainless steel pinion gears (BGS).
Three-Point Suspension – D-Series pistons feature a unique three point suspension system. Each piston has three wide, machines load fingers strategically located about the rear circumference of the piston. These load fingers counteract the piston/rack side loading and prevent the natural tendency of

Multiport Actuator - MPA
The Multiport Actuator (MPA) is an electronic system specifically designed to control and monitor the operation of the Multiport Flow Selector. It combines an exclusive solid state motor starter with control software to provide precise positioning of the Multiport Flow Selector within +/- one degree of the selected port, retaining that position even in the event of a power loss. The MPA provides configurable port selection from 3 to 8 ports. The MPA allows user to select any port as home port or skip any unused ports. This actuator allows for field torque adjustment while protecting the Multiport Flow Selector from excessive torque. The MPA stores alarm history to detect abnormal operating conditions for preventative maintenance of the MPFS and the MPA.
The Multiport Actuator interfaces with industry standard network communication protocols. The MPA is designed to operating in harsh and hazarious environments. The MPA provides manual override upon loss of power. The actuator is capable of working with a wide range of voltages - three-phase, single-phase and DC.
The PCS system accepts a 0-10 VDC or 4-20 mA analog command signal. This signal is used by the PCS to move the actuator's rod or rotational shaft to move to and hold a specific position. The PCS is designed to control any pneumatic Bimba position feedback cylinder, including PFCN, PFCNL, PFC, PFCL, and PTF series actuators.

When we created the TEC2000 we didn’t reinvent the wheel. Instead of devising a completely new actuator, we simply equipped our well-established Series 2000 actuator with all the features needed to offer Total Electronic Control (TEC) in a truly non-intrusive package.
This means that with the TEC2000, you get the latest standards of control and performancecoupled with power transmission technology that has a 30-year history of reliability inthousands of installations worldwide. The Series 2000 heritage ensures that the TEC2000 isan electronic actuator that’s built for hard work and easy maintenance.
Quarter-turn and multi-turn control in one truly non-intrusive actuator
The TEC2000 series can handle both quarter-turn and multi-turn applications across anextremely broad torque range—using either three-phase or single-phase power.
While some manufacturers claim to offer non-intrusive actuators, take a closer look at theirproducts. You’ll discover electric control compartments that have to be opened to replace fuses (which defeats the purpose of non-intrusiveness, and can even void some manufacturers’ warranties).
